Tom co-founded CatapultWorks in 1993 and now oversees all agency operations and drives the company's strategic direction. Over the past 15 years, Tom has run 100s of successful direct response and awareness campaigns for Fortune 1000 clients, including Applied Materials, Cisco, eBay, Fujitsu, McAfee, NetApp, Seagate and many others. Working closely with key client stakeholders and the creative and account teams, Tom guides programs, creative vision and messaging. Tom also is responsible for developing key partnerships.
