  • Tom co-founded CatapultWorks in 1993 and now oversees all agency operations and drives the company's strategic direction. Over the past 15 years, Tom has run 100s of successful direct response and awareness campaigns for Fortune 1000 clients, including Applied Materials, Cisco, eBay, Fujitsu, McAfee, NetApp, Seagate and many others. Working closely with key client stakeholders and the creative and account teams, Tom guides programs, creative vision and messaging. Tom also is responsible for developing key partnerships.

  • Dennis provides the technology vision for all CatapultWorks groups, and provides leadership for the database management, telemarketing and sales teams at CatapultWorks. In addition, he is responsible for partnerships and M&A. Dennis has been with CatapultWorks since 2001, when he started the list-building group of the company. Since then he has orchestrated acquisitions of Data Direct in 2005 and Pipeline Solutions in 2012, which have bolstered CatapultWorks' breadth of services in the data management and telemarketing categories. His experiences at Portera, Imation and Kodak in various sales and marketing roles have given him a client focused perspective on how to build campaigns that yield substantially more ROI than traditional agencies can. In his limited spare time, he enjoys crocheting, classical guitar and bare-knuckle boxing.
  • Charlie sets the creative strategy with the creative teams for CatapultWorks clients and assures all creative elements deliver on that strategy. As former Principal in DMNA, he's guided many award-winning programs for B2B and consumer clients, such as Apple, NEC, Sun, NetApp, Comcast, Brooks Running Shoes and Bell Helmets. He is a three time president of the AAF Silicon Valley.
  • Bob joined CatapultWorks in January of 2005 when his company, Data Direct, a leading full service database management firm, was acquired by CatapultWorks. Bob has been a strong catalyst in applying technological advances to business marketing and data management processes.

    Bob has built unrivaled expertise in data management, matching and ETL technologies. In his current position, Bob works with CatapultWorks clients like Brocade, Genesys, VeriSign, Serena and others as he manages the company's data services group and the entire database operations. In addition, he is responsible for the acquisition and adoption of new database management technologies that can be applied to enhance CatapultWorks services. Bob has also served as the Database Chair for the Northern California chapter of the Direct Marketing Association.
  • Edwin is Chief Operating Officer and Vice President of Marketing, with oversight of Call Center Operations and marketing initiatives. Prior to the acquisition of Pipeline by CatapultWorks, he served as President of this integrated sales and marketing agency. Previously, Edwin served as a co-founder for QuarterEnd, Inc., a privately held marketing agency that scaled to $12 million in revenue and eventually was acquired by Rainmaker Systems. During his 20+ year marketing career, Edwin has represented fortune 500 to technology start-up clients from the Americas to the Asia Pacific doing everything from brand identity to direct mail.
  • As the Vice President of Client Services, Kyle is ultimately responsible for client satisfaction. His specialties include: Client Development and Retention; Sales and Marketing Management; Strategic Planning; Staff Development. Over the past 20 years, Kyle has been an integral part of award-winning print and web campaigns on both the corporate and agency sides. Previous clients include Adidas, Cisco, Sony PlayStation, and Visa as well as several start-up and emerging companies.
  • Todd produces groundbreaking and effective campaigns for CatapultWorks technology, B2B and consumer accounts. A multi-dimensional thinker, he oversees creative and inspires new approaches through open exchange of ideas between all the disciplines and departments who touch the brand of our clients.
  • Darin's 20 years of agency-side media experience, working on a wide spectrum of consumer, B2B and technology accounts, enables him to lead a group that plans and manages all types of media. Programs include all forms of Online media, lead generation programs, emerging Mobile and Social Media, as well as traditional off-line mediums: Print, Broadcast and Out-Of-Home. CatapultWorks media programs build brand and drive demand utilizing the right mix of media to meet each client's unique objectives—all in a media environment that is more diverse and challenging than any point in history.
  • Brian is Vice President of Business Development, with primary responsibility for enterprise account strategy and execution. Formerly, as Founder of Pipeline—an integrated sales and marketing agency—Brian was instrumental in developing and selling leading edge integrated marketing programs for B2B technology clients. Prior to Pipeline, Brian was owner of MX3 Productions, a multimedia marketing company. Before his entrepreneurial stint, he ran a contact center in the Netherlands for Euro Currency Research, and later opened a branch in the United States.
