The Media Buyer will be the administrative go-to resource responsible for all aspects of media buys and an empowered manager of both client communications and internal processes. Reports directly to VP of Media Services.

As a Media Buyer you will:
The Media Buyer ensures that the expertly developed media plans and strategies ultimately reach the intended audiences. The Media Buyer will be responsible for finalizing contracts, scheduling, and buying appropriate media. He or she will assist in identifying target audiences and will buy the most fitting advertising space (all forms of digital media, as well as print, out-of-home, radio or television).
WRITTEN AND VERBAL COMMUNICATION
Clearly convey information for a variety of media audiences, engaging them to an unexpected degree while ensuring the message is delivered and understood. Create a positive, confident and respectful first impression demonstrating excellent media relation capabilities. Categorize communication and separate information by importance, message, audience, priority and logic - just the way it should be!
PLANNING AND ORGANIZING
Coordinate ideas and resources to achieve wonderful media relations goals. Identify a sequence and understand the steps necessary to achieve goals and prioritize key actions. Understand what to do and when. Make timely, informed decisions.
The Media Buyer seeks input from others and searches for information about timelines, critical actions, sequencing, scope, methodology, expected outcomes, and priorities. Create attainable and well-matched schedules and determine a timeline for projects, taking into consideration media challenges and opportunities. Evaluate progress based on media schedules and goals. Become a go-to guru on active programs.
Assume role on the core client team(s) to identify issues, develop new opportunities with existing clients, and assist in development of new client relationships. Inspire clients with media knowledge and ideas.
CREATIVE AND INNOVATIVE THINKING
Generate media ideas and lots of them! The Media Buyer develops fresh ideas that ultimately help to meet the client's business goals. See opportunities and generate ideas by looking at the big picture while proving flexible. Ability to communicate these ideas quickly and succinctly.
