CatapultWorks is looking for a UX Developer/Designer for regular freelance work. Competitive compensation will be hourly or per project depending on the assignment.

The Role:
Work on site and/or remotely for a fast-paced, fun and creative agency designing/developing interfaces that solve complex interactions based on storyboards and/or direction from the Sr. Designer or Creative Director. QA will be required to assure capability and optimization on a specified list of desktop browsers and mobile devices.

Requirements/Skills:

• Experience working with web 2.0 best practices and platforms, mobile optimized development and interactive web development
• 3+ years of rapid web development, using Flash, JavaScript and other web technologies
• After Effects is a plus
• Experience designing across multiple device types and contexts (desktop, mobile, accessories).
• Strong communication and writing skills
• Ability to communicate directly with peers, managers, and clients while leading development to a completed and successful solution
• Strong visual design skills, including motion design
• Experience in an ad agency/marketing firm a plus
